PipeGuard Pro does not itself perform physical plumbing work, pull municipal permits, or issue code certifications.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All plumbing, drain cleaning, gas fitting, and emergency repairs are performed directly by independent network contractors holding active state and local licensure. Each contractor is solely responsible for work quality, safety standards, permitting, code compliance, and warranties.

3. Upfront Pricing & Quotes

All pricing, estimates, and flat-rate quotes are presented directly by the dispatched licensed technician on-site and must be approved by the property owner before work commences.

4. Limitation of Liability

PipeGuard Pro facilitates communication and dispatch between property owners and independent contractors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PipeGuard Pro is not liable for damages, claims, or losses arising from contractor workmanship, delays, or service execution.
